Aerofine Classifier

"Aerofine Classifier" can achieve smaller cut point than "Turbo Classifier" based on the semi-free vortex method. Suited for variety of powder such as low density particles or highly adhesive powder.

  • Strong Centrifugal force and high dispersiveness are created by air flowing from guide vanes and compressed air injected from tangentially-arranged nozzles.
  • "Driving part free" structure enables to achieve low level metal contamination by using ceramics.
  • Simple structure enables easy disassembly and cleaning.
  • Good for Cut-point under 5 microns and low density powder.
  • Especially good for "Scalping (Classifying) particle larger than 0.8~1 micron" use.
  • Classification for non-spherical particles and scaly shape particles.
  • Prevents color change of powder (white ⇒ gray) after classification.

Eddy Classifier

Designed to handle relatively coarse powders, such as grain, minerals, chemicals, plastics, etc., the Eddy Classifier allows particle separation finer than screening.

This semi-free vortex style air classifier achieves high classification performance between 80-200 microns cut point.

Easily adjusted cut point, low maintenance, easy to clean, compact, and available with an optional anti-abrasion resistant coating.
