POWTECH 2005 is over (2005.10.14)

Nisshin PDSL (Punch & Die Surface Lubricator)-External Lubricating System for automatic tablet press will be displayed in our booth. Nisshin PDSL can be applied to any Tablet Press. This will increase pharmaceutical formulation flexibility dramatically. It's a dream technology!!

Fluid energy mill, SUPER JET MILL SJ-100-GMP

  1. Easy cleaning and easy disassembly/assembly are possible.
  2. Perfect disassembly and cleaning are possible without using screw for assembling part.
  3. Sanitary screw feeder is also available for GMP. Motor part can be easily disassembled.
  4. Jet mill specifications: Grinding point(0.5-50 micron), Air consumption(0.2 m3/min, 0.7Mpa)

After crushing, the particles are separated according to size in a classifying unit. And because the pulverization and classifying zones are separated, this results in stable grading and consistency in particle sizing, even when operating at high throughput rates.

TURBO-CLASSIFIER

TC-15NS is the first to achieve sub-micron classification, such as 100% below 1.3 microns. TC-100II can classify calcium carbonate to make 3 microns or finer at 2-4 metric tons/h (feed rate) base.
