Nisshin Engineering exhibited TURBO-CLASSIFIER
TC-15NS at Sepor's booth.
Turbo Classifier
TC-15NS is the first to achieve sub-micron classification,
such as 100% below 1.3 microns. (TC-15NS displayed) TC-100II can classify
calcium carbonate to make 3 microns or finer at 2-4 metric tons/h (feed
rate) base.
Blade Mill is newly developed
for pulverizing fibrous matrial, such as wheat bran, chaff, kale, wood powder,
silk powder, PTFE, scallop, mushroom, dryc carrots, etc.
The Super Rotor is developed
to pulverize heat sensitive materials, such as plastics, toners, and powder coatings.
Fine pulverizing with narrow particle distribution without over-pulverizing is
possible.
Fluid energy jet mill(CJ/SJ
series), and vertical roller
mill(SH series) are also available.
Dry Powder sprayer (DISPA-MUE-R) is
used for fine powder spray, such as 2 to 5 microns without any agglomeration.
Main industry is LCD (liquid crystal display) spacer, or external lubricator
of tablet press.
